Fuller is the premier rubber lining and protective coating shop in North America. Our shops are set up to efficiently handle everything from a single fitting to an entire plant’s tank and piping system.
With plants located in Sudbury, Ontario and Edmonton, Alberta, Fuller is established at the nexus of Canada’s most valuable and profitable industries: hard rock mining, oil and natural gas extraction, potash and the uranium industries.
Combined, our facilities cover 67,000 square feet (6225 square meters) on 14 acres (5.6 hectares).
Our cutting-edge facilities include:
- Panasonic Tawers 1900 robotic welding cell with synchronized positioner
- State-of-the-art Rotoweld 2500 CNC welding machine
- CNC 5 axis robotic pipe cuttings unit.
- (2) 5’X21’ (1.5 X 6.4 m) electric autoclave, PLC controlled
- 11’X55’ (3.35 X 16.76 m) steam autoclave (one of the largest in North America and the largest used for rubber lining)
- 1500 (139.354 m²) and 10,000 Sq Ft (929.030 m²)state-of-the-art paint booth (competitively unequalled)
- 250 Sq Ft (23.2257 m²) state-of-the-art paint booth
- 600 Sq Ft (55.7418 m²) powder coating booth
Our fully integrated shops provide detailed engineering, fabrication, rubber lining, painting, powder coating, quality control, export packaging, logistics, shipping and field work.
