Powder Coating

Fuller has one of the largest industrial powder coating ovens in western Canada, measuring 11’ x 8’ x 55’ (3.35 x 2.43 x 16.76 m) and connected by an overhead powered tracking system with a capacity of 10,000 lbs. (4535.92 Kg). It is designed to powder coat very large, very heavy material with maximum efficiency.

We are perfectly suited to internally and externally powder-coat pipe, spools, flanges, light standards and heavy equipment.

• Standard and custom powder coatings available for any application
• Certified 3M applicator, featuring Scotchkote™ 134

In-house Lining and Coating

• Internal pipe and tube lining from 2” (5.1 cm) diameter through 96” (243.8 cm) diameter and up to 50’ (15.24 m) long
• Internal fitting and flange face lining—all sizes
• Agitators and diffusers
• Down-hole pipes and subs

Technical Knowledge

• Certified in-house NACE level 3 inspector

Liquid Coating Services

Fuller specializes in corrosion prevention solutions for both shop and field applications. With a keen focus on process control, our professional team has the knowledge and resources to protect tank farms, structures and pipelines.

Fuller offers a wide range of industrial powder coatings and liquid coatings that can perform in the harshest physical and chemical environments. Our liquid coatings include thin film and think film epoxies applied in our plants or in the field.
