Our project management experience is second to none. The first project handled by Fuller was the Stanleigh Uranium Mine/Mill in Elliott Lake, Canada in 1981. EPR Software
Everything fabricated at Fuller comes with a unique serial number. Our integrated system includes bar coded work steps, up to the minute feedback on progress, advanced scheduling, traceability, document control and reporting. Your as-built drawings and quality documents are attached to and tracked with every part. Customers can check the progress of their project online through secure web access to their project file.
SG2E2 Software System
Our proprietary SG2E2 software streamlines your drawings approval cycle by using the data straight from your model to our ERP software. This has several important advantages:
- Streamlines, and most cases, eliminates the drawing approval process. When your model is good, your ISO's are good, our shop drawings are good. No human interference in spool drawing process
- As built drawings automatically and electronically attached to your unique part numbers in our ERP software
- Automatically creates Bill of Material, routing steps, scheduling, pricing and quality documents
- Allows up to the minute reporting of material usage, project progress, purchasing and accounting data.
Drawing Software
Our engineering department employs Solid Edge, AutoCAD, I-sketch and Spoolgen to handle any drawing requirements.
