How our system works

The system monitors the entire surface of a pipe or vessel through an incomplete circuit between two conductive layers in the coating. When a breach in the coating or lining occurs, the circuit is completed and a signal is produced. The signal can be any format required including analogue, digital like PLC, RFID or even through a cathodic protection network
